Why can’t I open the pAdmin?
 
In this case, your browser security settings are too restrictive. The pAdmin entrance needs security levels of "medium high" or "medium". Where do you find these security settings?

MS Internet Explorer:
Tools – Internet options – Privacy – "Medium"

Netscape Communicator:
Edit – Preferences – Advanced – Cookies – "Accept only cookies from the same server"
