The FCS has its own version system. With this you can update and/or edit documents, without the losing the older version. The individual versions are categorized by the version number on the end of every infoID (see -> Bedeutung der infoID). With the help of the infoID, you can also link to special versions (see -> Links anlegen - Verweise).
With the selected write authorization (write permissions), you determine who is permitted to edit a document. Permissions are always assigned to groups.
Warning It is possible for several users to be working simultaneously on the same new versions. Note that this will not result in a collective version. As long as a version is not published, any altered contents are not visible.
